We Are Sacred Train the Trainer Workshop
Youth Empowerment & Violence Awareness ProgramThis Train-the-Trainer program prepares professionals to deliver the We Are Sacred curriculum: a 9-session series supporting Indigenous girls ages 10–16.

The program addresses Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG2S) awareness through cultural teachings, empowerment activities, and safe-space discussions.
Youth learn to recognize unsafe situations, build confidence, and strengthen personal and cultural identity.
The purpose of Train-the-Trainer is to equip youth workers, social workers, teachers, and counsellors (who know their communities and youth best) with culturally grounded tools to safely and effectively deliver this program. Meaningful reconciliation begins with learning and relationships.
Our workshops invite organizations, schools, businesses, and community groups to deepen their understanding through Indigenous perspectives, honest conversations, and practical ways to move reconciliation into action.
Pathways to Truth and Reconciliation

This workshop moves beyond surface-level learning and creates space to unpack personal and systemic bias, explore the unspoken truths of Canada’s history, and understand the ongoing impacts of systemic racism on Indigenous People and communities today.
Participants engage in guided discussion, reflection, and real-life application exercises. The workshop focuses on how individuals and organizations can take meaningful steps toward being strong allies through accountability, relationship building, and respectful action.

Indigenous Wellness and Mindfulness

This workshop introduces Indigenous-rooted wellness and mindfulness practices that can be integrated into home life, workplace environments, and youth programming. The focus is on realistic, accessible practices that support regulation, balance, and connection not just isolated self-care moments, but daily living practices that support long-term wellness.
