Rise Up Indigenous Wellness is a grassroots non-profit organization, created to connect youth and families to culture. Led by an Indigenous board and facilitators, Rise Up offers a wide range of barrier-free programming in Secwépemc territory.

Training Workshops

Rise Up Consulting workshops invite organizations, schools, businesses, and community groups to deepen their understanding through Indigenous perspectives, honest conversations, and practical ways to move reconciliation into action.
